Here's the good and the not-so-good
The service was really good, particularly from the cheerful staff, like Oma. The spacious two-bedroom villa, complete with a gigantic private pool.
The dining options left much to be desired, especially breakfast, which didn't meet expectations for a resort of this caliber.

A minibar, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines available in the double room. A bidet in the bathroom. Perfect and magnificent location in fantastic area, very close to great restaurants and bars, activities and transfers at good price and Thailand. A wide array of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.
Beds were a little hard.

I came here for 5 nights and had a great stay. The room was marvelous, and beautiful, with a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar. The staff seemed wonderful. All the services were fantastic. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The food was appetising and the location was favourable! Everything was wonderful and within 15 minutes' drive of Samui International airport.

Consider arriving early to secure beach and pool beds, as reservations are made in advance by non-hotel guests.

gorgeous beachfront location, fine pool area, clean and well-maintained rooms
A little more transparency about noise levels would have been appreciated, along with less overlap between hotel guests and outside visitors!!!

Tropical paradise with fine views
We were greeted with warm smiles. The fine décor and peaceful gardens set the perfect tone for our stay. The beachfront location and the magnificent pool area provided the ideal spots to relax. Enjoying breakfast while watching the sun rise was an lovely experience, especially with the delicious local coffee on offer. Every meal was a treat, with a variety of Thai cuisine to choose from. We even enjoyed a rejuvenating spa treatment that left us feeling relaxed.
While it's good to see the resort expanding, a little additional lighting could have made the area more cute. A free shuttle service to nearby attractions like Fisherman's Village would have enhanced our stay further.

The Karma Resort has a fantastic beachfront location. The room decor really stood out, with a unique boho-indonesian style that creates a cozy and cute atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, each meal was a good experience. The spa treatments were really good. The soothing sounds of the ocean while receiving a massage added to the relaxation. The room cleanliness was lacking-it wasn't cleaned daily unless requested, and the soap bottles were empty. A few more amenities, like better furniture on the terrace, would enhance comfort.

Hidden gem with fab staff!
Just spent 4 nights in a super cozy double room with a lovely terrace. The staff were always smiling and super helpful, especially the ladies at reception. The food at the restaurant was delish, tasty local dishes! On a side note, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow which was a bit of a bummer.
